These old Japanese Cabochons were made to mimick the look of fire opal. The color is an opalenscent off-white, with vibrant flecks of red, pink, gold & green throughout.
The picture below shows a round cabochon, but the ones that I currently have in stock are ovals.
They're the same exact style and maunfacturer, simply oval shaped rather than round.
