The Bead Quilt Project is a grassroots effort, made possible by volunteers and donations. Even if you're not able to support our efforts financially, you may be able to help by donating your time. Please scroll down to find out how.

BOOKS AND POSTCARDS:

These books and postcards make lovely gifts and keepsakes. The proceeds help to keep the project going. If the 9/11 Bead Quilts have touched your heart, please consider purchasing a book or postcard pack.

Artist Statement Books:

This is a limited edition catalog featuring full color images of each of the 9 quilt panels.It summarizes the evolution of the project and explains how the quilts are constructed.

The book includes a listing of all of our contributing artists, as well as the written statements that they included when they submitted their squares. While these statements certainly express the grief and horror that rang out around the world, they also include strong sentiments of empathy, hope and solidarity. They lend insight into the artists' creative process, and are surprisingly uplifting.

Measures 8 & 1/2" x 11", and includes 44 pages. Comb bound and self published, with gorgeous color photography by Julia S Pretl. $20.00 plus shipping & handling.

Postcard Packs:

These postcard packs contain 9 different cards. Each card features an image of one of the quilt panels. These are large postcards, measuring 6" x 8". $12.00 per pack, plus shipping & handling.
